Mr. Cohen has exclusively represented seriously injured individuals, and the families of those whose death were caused due to the negligence of others, since 1990. Mr. Cohen has resolved thousands of cases over his 20 years of practice, ranging from the families of victims of wrongful death, to individuals who sustain whiplash injuries in an automobile accident. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which reflects resolution of cases in excess of One Million Dollars.
Additionally, Mr. Cohen has aggressively represented individuals in worker’s compensation claims, product defect cases, slipconstruction accidents, insurance disputes, and many other type of general negligence and/or injury claims. Mr. Juda began his practice defending insurance companies in the attempt to limit plaintiff’s recoveries in injury and wrongful death claims. This included defending insurance companies in Bad Faith litigation. This experience gives Mr. Juda a unique insight into the operations and thought processes of those who handle claims on behalf of these insurance companies. In 1994 having been sufficiently disillusioned with defending claims, Mr. Juda decided that he would devote his entire professional practice to the representation of individuals injured due to fault of another. He has practiced in both State and Federal Courts in the State of Florida, and throughout the United States. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which reflects resolution of cases in excess of One Million Dollars. In 1999, Mr. Juda and with Mr. Cohen decided to leave their prior Plaintiff practice in order to provide personal, aggressive representation to those injured through the fault of another. Additionally, Mr. Juda has certain expertise in handling insurance disputes, coverage denials, disability claims, and other issues of denial of insurance benefits.
