Mr. Cohen has resolved thousands of cases over his 20+ years of practice ranging from the families of victims of wrongful death, to individuals who sustain whiplash injuries in an automobile accident.

Additionally, Mr. Cohen has aggressively represented individuals in worker’s compensation claims, product defect cases, slip and falls, construction accidents, insurance disputes, and many other types of general negligence and/or injury claims.
